Imagine Norfolk Together is looking for a Development Worker based in King's Lynn to continue and develop its work to support churches' social action.

Imagine Norfolk Together exists to support the work of local Christians in their community by providing churches with support to develop & deliver social action initiatives.

Job Title: ​Imagine Norfolk Together Development Worker in King’s Lynn
Salary:  £25,123 pro rata
Benefits: Contributory pension scheme
Hours of Duty: 28 hrs per week (negotiable)
Annual Leave: Pro rata 25 days plus 8 public holidays, plus fixed days between Christmas - New Year
Office Location: Home-based/ Office space at St. Faith’s Community Hub
Employed by: Diocese of Norwich Board of Finance
Accountable to: Line Manager and Board of Trustees 
 

Your role is:

Helping churches to have a greater & more sustainable impact in tackling poverty
Extending existing awareness of deprivation & responses of church & community
Working collaboratively to develop effective networks

You will work with clergy, leaders, projects & people to engage & enable churches to make a greater contribution to the social & spiritual transformation of communities.
